1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pace Apps (including Falcon, Sparrow, Condor, and the Pace Portal), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

Pace Tech B.V. provides cloud-based software tools for resource management and planning. These services are provided on a Subscription basis and are accessed via the web.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Billing: All payments are processed securely via Mollie. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle (monthly/annually) unless cancelled beforehand.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via the Portal. You will retain access until the end of your current paid period.
  • Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")

The software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pace Tech B.V. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the services. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pace Tech B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding a claim.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your account and the accuracy of data uploaded to the service. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful activities.
